Glass Tempering Furnace

Glass Tempering Furnace is a heat-treatment method that improves the strength of float glass. Glass is placed on top of rolling ceramic rollers in a tempering furnace. Glass plates are heated to around 640C during the tempering process, then cooled by air jets at a rate determined by glass thickness. Glass Tempering Furnace is used to produce heat-resistant and stronger cut and processed glass. Tempering can be done on flat glass, reflective glass, colored glass, and hard-coated glass. Glass tempering is done to the highest standards.
